The worst season of Doctor Who ever?! According to Doctor Boo Hoo, it may be. Tim and Sarah discuss the episode “Rosa,”and debate having a socially important episode against a Doctor Who episode where the Doctor doesn’t (and arguably shouldn’t) do much of anything.
